Where is the furniture made?
Our furniture is handmade in Portugal and Russia.
Can I make custom furniture in my unique color or size?
Yes, for most products, customization of materials is available, for some products it is possible to change sizes, our managers will provide you with complete information and help you with the choice of materials for your project.
Where can I see your furniture?
At the moment the studio does not have showrooms, only offices. You can see the quality of furniture produced in Portugal in the office at Lisbon, Rua Fernando Palha 51A.
How can I be sure of the quality of the materials and product?
We are for open production, you can come to the production site and see in person the manufacturing process of your product, we also provide photo and video materials at the stages of product production.
How do you package your products?
Packaging depends on the type of product and materials. Products made of stone and polished metal are transported only in wooden boxes; boxes are also used for air transportation. Upholstered furniture within the continent is transported in multilayer craft packaging with a protective layer.
How difficult is it to care for the products?
Your product will come with instructions for use and care instructions. It is worth adhering to these recommendations to preserve the presentation for the longest possible time.
Do you provide a guarantee for furniture?
Yes, most of our products come with an 18 month warranty. A warranty card is included with each product.
Is it possible to return a product?
Return of products is possible only during the warranty period and in the event of a significant defect that cannot be eliminated remotely. To return the goods, you will need to fill out an application on the company form with a photo and video attached. In controversial cases, an independent examination is possible.
What are the terms of payment for the order? Is it possible to pay in installments?
Payment for order is carried out in 2 stages. Before production begins, an advance payment of 50-70% of the total invoice amount is made. The second part is paid after the product/products are manufactured and before the products are sent to the client. Special payment terms are possible for regular customers and partners.
How can I choose materials?
We provide clients with photos and videos of finishing materials in real time for the selection of stone, wood and fabrics. You can request samples of fabrics or leather directly from the manufacturer of upholstery materials or look at the fabric showroom representing this brand.
